| The most important things in an auto repair shop are skill and trust. The team at Advanced Automotive have always done great work on our cars and, almost more importantly, they have always been very honest in our interactions. We trust them to only do necessary work and not just to uncover problems so they can charge us more to do that work. We've been loyal to them for about 18 years, I believe. The previous place we had gone was always coming up with a laundry list of things to do to the care, the vast majority of which were not necessary. We would go in for an oil change an hour later they'd come out with a massive proposal. Advanced Automotive does what needs to be done and does a great job. We go there because we trust them, bottom line. |
