Trustworthy and reliable. Have been going here for 24 years and never had an issue with the service. Confident that our cars last as long as they do because of the great service and the peace of mind knowing that my kids cars have been serviced by Joe and his team can?t be beat.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service. I?m always inclined to think I?m getting ripped off when I go to a mechanic, but thankfully not here. I walked away happy and relieved . Will absolutely return.

As always great service and attention to details.John installed a front disc brake conversion on my 64 Corvette. Best thing I had done to the car. Its always a pleasure working with Joe and John.

The only Mechanic I can ever trust. I've brought my car to Joe many times with issues that seemed serious. Any other mechanic might have charged me for major repairs, but not Joe. Time and again, he?s found the problem to be something simple?like a rusty bolt causing a loud noise. That kind of honesty is rare. When Joe tells me something needs fixing, I never second-guess it. I trust him completely?he?s honest, reliable, and truly looks out for his customers.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have a unique wheelchair accessible vehicle and they appreciate and acknowledge the importance of keeping it on the road. Trust and confidence in auto care is unfortunately a tricky business to judge, but these guys have built their business on trust and customer relationships. I've been a customer for many years, with multiple vehicles and I'm grateful to have them for regular maintenance and for the unexpected but inevitable repair needs.

Advance Automotive of Carmel is literally the BEST auto shop I have ever used. Joe and John are very smart and knowledgeable mechanics, and are also honest and efficient businessmen. I will never go elsewhere as long as I have a car.

We?ve been going to Joe?s Advanced Automotive of Carmel for over eight years, and I hate to say this because it probably means it?ll take even longer to get an appointment ? but this shop is everything you hope for and almost never find. Joe and John have worked on multiple cars for us over the years, and every single time, they?ve been honest, skilled, and genuinely focused on helping us ? whether that meant fixing it themselves or sending us to someone they trust. No upselling, no nonsense, just real integrity and excellent work. It takes a little time to get in, but they?re absolutely worth the wait.
